“Earlier this week, our poor kitty cat, Stanley, developed a wound behind both of his ears. This seems to happen around this time of year, but we can never figure out what or why it happens. We called our vet, but they had no openings until the end of the following week. We called a few more places, but they were either booked out pretty far in advance, or wildly expensive. When we called Hicks, they were so kind over the phone and told us to come in right away. We had no wait time whatsoever, they took us straight back and within 2 minutes a vet tech came in. And as luck would have it, the vet we saw specializes in and we knew we were in great hands. Thus far, our little fur baby seems to be doing better 10/10 would recommend. They are our new vet for our 2 kitties”

“Dr. Jen and Dr Michael always go beyond my expectations of caring and loving on my animals. I have 2 cats and 2 dogs whom are my fur children and I wouldn’t take them anywhere else!!!! “Hands down, best vet clinic I’ve ever been to. Our sweet kitty was direly sick, and they got her in for emergency surgery the same day. Unfortunately her condition was too severe, through no fault of the clinic’s, and we had to say goodbye. The staff was so compassionate, helpful, informative, and it felt like they had suffered a loss as well. It felt like being surrounded by family. And they did not charge us an arm and a leg for their services. Recently our newest kitty got sick and I called them about an hour and a half before closing, and they were able to get us in to analyze a stool sample, give us medication for our kitty, set up a follow up appointment, and thoroughly explained her condition and medication. The staff goes above and beyond always for their patients and they genuinely care and are not in the business for the money. I cannot say enough good things about Hicks and I cannot recommend this clinic highly enough. If you love your pets like family, take them to Hicks.”

“Rarely do I leave reviews or rate places, in this case I had to make an exception. My three year old dog had a unique condition that required what I considered to be a major ordeal. After talking with the experts at Hick’s and coordinating with other vet teams across the state we were able to plan the proper treatment and surgery. Admittedly very nervous and scared, Hick’s made the entire process very calming and transparent. I couldn’t have been more pleased with how the entire situation was handled.”
